Ibiza Salt Flower of Salt

Fleur de Sel, or Flower of Salt, is the purest form of sea salt available. The taste is milder and more subtle than standard sea salt. This probably has to do with the fact that the salt crystals are even finer than the fine grains of regular sea salt. The Fleur de Sel from Sal de Ibiza is also an excellent example of how a grain of salt can be a crystal of life. And these flowers of salt are also 100% pure nature and contain all their minerals and trace elements.
